New, Seamless Integration with Loan Selling Advisor®
In our ongoing effort to enhance your experience with our tools, we’re introducing a new application programming interface (API) to help streamline and expedite the loan delivery process within Loan Selling Advisor.
Introducing Loan Import
The Loan Import API allows you to seamlessly connect to Loan Selling Advisor, enabling the creation and modification of loan data, allocation of loans to Cash and Guarantor contracts, and assessment against Freddie Mac’s purchase eligibility requirements. With Loan Import, you will easily be able to:
  • Integrate with Loan Selling Advisor for real-time data management.
  • Import the latest ULDD XML/zip file as an attachment. There are no changes to the ULDD file with the addition of Loan Import.
  • Simplify the loan data creation and modification process.
  • Automatically assess loans against purchase eligibility rules.
  • Receive timely decisions for representation and warranty (R&W) relief eligibility.
  • Gain access to comprehensive error codes and descriptions in API responses, enabling quick identification and resolution of issues.
